I just saw the water coming out under the garage door. I discussed the situation with the scheduler. When I scheduled the work, she stated all the work would be from the outside, and in fact, they had to come into the house.”

“I had a leaking roof. Roof was installed 2009, however I purchased a 20 year warranty so I thought that it would be covered only to find out that it was not. The leak was the result of a nail that popped out through the shingle thus causing the leak therefore. It was not covered because it was not a manufactured defect. I will be more careful the next time.”
