“I am happy with my windows. The installers were very professional and kind however the office staff did not follow through with the inspection call after the install or calling the installers to finish the trim. May be lack of training or not enough staff ?”

“Power HRG from sales, pre-install were great. THEN THE DAY CAME FOR THE INSTALL. A group of 7or 8 guys came to my house to replaced all the windows and a slider. Six of the 8 guys working did a great job. They were careful, mindful of my belongings and my home and Alex mange those guys well. Then the other 2, one hardly did anything other than look at his phone and walk up and down in my house, he was supposed to be working with the guy replacing the slider and the kitchen windows. Those two chipped my tyles on the floor, damaged the tyles near the slider and the walls and trim near the slider. They incorrectly joined the two windows in the kitchen. Ending up with Alex redoing their work on the second day. The company as a whole is great company that responded quickly to every issue. My experience with them could have been a 5 star rating if not for the issues with the slider and the kitchen windows and those two individuals. My many thanks to Alex and his guys.”

“The installation of the windows was fine, however, the crew broke one of the marble stools. It took 2 months to get it replaced. Your customer service needs to be proactive. I never received a call with an update; when I did call I was given an excuse that the crew was sick or the in-law had issues or they show up this week. Very poor customer service. I would suggest to anyone with unfinished work that they withhold funds until everything is satisfactory. The crew also told me they would be back to install the plugs after the building inspection; since I have 2 very high windows, I cannot do this myself and now will be paying a handyman to do it for me.”
