“The installation was fine and the salespeople were good. The follow-up wasn't good. I was told a month ago that the storm panels were coming, but they still haven't come yet. I also haven't had a final inspection. The installers were playing loud music on the job site. When they were told to turn the music down, they had a bad attitude.”

“The windows are good, but the crew was sloppy, unprofessional, and aggressive. They put bay winodws in and the outside trim had a gap between the trim boards. They just filled the gap in with caulk. They did sloppy job with the caulk. They said they couldn't finish the job one day and they tried to have us sign a paper saying that they job was finished when it wasn't so they could get paid that week. They had to come back to do the work. Their coordination and attitude was horrible.”
