The crew that delivered our windows and door were excellent, and very careful not to damage any of the windows. Ernesto was our installer, and he and his crew were very thorough and professional. They did everything possible to minimize the amount of dirt and dust that got into the rest of our house. Ernesto only speaks a little English, but was certainly able to communicate with me with respect to doing what I wanted done on the installation. Removing all the stickers and a quick clean of all the windows was also a big plus! We also dealt with your excellent Field Manager, Sergio, who did a thorough ?walk through? to ensure that we were happy with the complete installation. All in all, everyone we dealt with was a true professional! We were very impressed with their service, and will certainly strongly recommend your company to our friends!
