He took that upon himself to do that, and I really appreciated it.”

I experienced times when it took a long time and multiple calls to get a response or repair done, and was not told about needing a dehumidifier in my basement since I requested laminate floating floor. This resulted in the floor buckling 8 months later, getting a dehumidifier and having them remove baseboards and cut a gap between wall and flooring.”
