“The Echols team, especially Billy Dodd, provided an impressive experience. I had several roof leaks after heavy rain in January and reached out to the company as it was highly recommended by my neighbor. The company replaced her roof about 20 years ago, and she hired them again to do the job 20 years later - that itself spoke very loud to me. The company scheduled Billy to come out to my property for diagnostic and quote. Billy came out as scheduled and thoroughly inspected the situation by going into the attic and above the roof. Given that my roof was about 10 years old, he recommended that we replace some shingles that had more wear and tear than others, as well as flashings around the plumbing vent and chimney that were incorrectly installed previously. One of the leaks around the Chimney area, so it was likely that it was a matter of time for the other flashings. He also agreed to remove old HVAC vent and cover the area. His quote seemed fair. And having seen his team working and how quickly Billy acted on follow-up requests after the initial repair job, even now I do think his quote was fair. His crew came out a week later and diligently got all work done and checked for any nail pops. It took about 4-5 hours. I had a couple more leaks after the repair (not the same ones), and Billy came out and fixed them with no questions asked, and they were covered under their warranty (3 months for repair work and 12 months for replacement). All in all, my experience has been more than pleasant, and I am calling them back when my roof is due for a replacement.”
