“The only thing that was done somewhat "right" was the flat roof replacement, which has some minor low spots (pooling) near the gutters. During the window replacement, the somewhat intricate interior trim around windows was replaced with a generic trim, which required a 6-months long delay to acquire only after pointing out the contract states the same trim will also be replaced, and then actually paint. Then, they "forgot" about finishing my job until I escalated. Because the original trim was removed, other trim from windows needed to be harvested. The painted trim doesn't match - which I repainted myself. Rooftop patio membrane replacement was poor, and has a significant pooling issue. While replacing the membrane, the workers broke a line on the new air conditioning system, in the middle of summer. There were other issues, too.”
