Communication has been excellent at all levels. I also appreciate the patience as we worked through getting the epayment worked out for the roofing job. Leslie and Vicky were very responsive when I called. Paul, has been on top of everything and has been great to work with. The foremen in the field were very easy to work with and I appreciated that they took the time to listen to my inputs and we worked together to find any underlying problems while do the siding that were roof related. This really was big deal to me and was one of the main reasons I chose to have you guys install my roof. I actually had another contractor lined up. I saw them do a roof on another house and noticed their inattention to detail and was concerned I would have to practically check on them every ten minutes to make sure nothing was overlooked. After seeing your siding crew work I was confident that the roofing crew would be just as diligent and attentive to detail and they were. Jesus and company were quick without compromising quality. Lastly the touch up done after the roofing job was done was greatly appreciated. Angel even took the time to clean up items that no one would have even seen.I have already recommended HES to my neighbor, David Glover, who is looking to have siding installed. The price was very reasonable, the work and crew assigned to me were hardworking, thorough and kept things clean, before and after job. There was no slack, they worked as soon as they arrived 7:30am/8am until 6pm.Very attentive, very respectful/polite, questions were always answered. Jorge, Project mgr, was especially very detailed oriented which I greatly appreciated.
