“I used Westfall to replace my roof, soffits and gutters after Hurricane Ian. Josh form Westfall came to my house immediately after calling him and provided a very aggressive proposal. I interviewed a few roofing companies but none seemed as competent as Westfall and none were able to include replacement of all the soffits and Gutters. Due to the large number of call resulting form Hurricane Ian, Westfall was not able to install the Tarp immediately but someone came to the house and installed some peel and Stick over the compromised areas of my roof to offer protection until the Tarp could be installed.Again, due to the amount of work that was received, the install date was a bit far out and it was understandable. As a result of several heavy wind storms, the tarp came loose a few times and each time, Westfall sent someone to secure the tarp.The installation crew was excellent and worked long hours to complete the job ins a very short period of time. The entire roof was replaced in less then a week. This is impressive when I look at many of my neighbors who had their roof removed and then no one worked on the roof again for weeks.After the job was complete, Ryan Westfall, the president of the company, contacted me to ensure I was happy with their services. This kind of personal touch from the senior executives of a company demonstrates their value for customer satisfaction.Overall I was very pleased with their service and have recommended them to many of my friends and neighbor who have also used Westfall.
