“bill honn is a great representative for Sprague there was a lot of work to do after the hail storm all personnel were friendly and hardworking. the painters did have to come back for touch up work in order to satisfy completely and the window issues took time to address but they were all handled without a crisis mode. we were not in a hurry to complete things so this helped a lot. I think the experience would have been better if we did not have to call workers back to complete the detail work.”
