Their employees kind of think they have a free ride to be careless. I would find most of my problems there. I don't fault the crew. They fell short with the subsequent leaks. I am not sure if that was the original workmanship, or the materials. Someone missed that. Tim and I always parted amicably.”

“They forgot to put drip edge on. They didn't order the correct color for the shingles and used the wrong color. They had to come back to bring the correct shingles. They left nails and trash in the yard. They said it would take one day, but it took three days. It also took an extra day to fix the drip edge.”

“I had an issue with the work that was done and requested someone to come back. In addition to the work that was done here, they also tore up my yard. I had a young, Hispanic male come out to review what my issues were, and he didn't even look. He said the job was too small to do anything about it. The crew that came out did bad work. I would not recommend them to anyone.”

“I have nothing good to say. On my job at least they showed very little competence. I had a bad roof leak. After three - yes three visits - the roof still leaked. They just did not know how to fix it. After failing to fix the leak, they demanded payment for ?workmanship?. Even heard from their lawyer threatening to sue me. Repeat that. They threatened to sue me for failing to pay for their failing to do what they agreed to do. Would not recommend.”

I chose KTM for their professionalism / communication and perceived value during the estimate / sales process. They weren?t the cheapest, nor where they the most expensive. They were in the middle (price wise). As I own my own Texas based roofing operations, I was onsite and watched the install crew intensively and was impressed with their workmanship. I highly recommend KTM to any homeowner seeking a long lasting quality roof, at a fair price. You won?t be disappointed.”
