“We recently undertook a total home remodel project after listing our home in May of 2020 and not finding any buyers for it, decided to take it as a sign and stay put and remodel. After getting 5-6 proposals we narrowed it down to Ted at Apple Remodeling and we are so glad we did. We gutted the whole main floor of the house, knocked out the back wall of the house and extended it 10' into the backyard, which as a result expanded the master bedroom, master bathroom and kitchen, added a new covered patio for the backyard, took out the stairway wall separating the kitchen and living room making it more "open concept," and framed out a door in the basement for the home office (among lots of other work as well). As daunting of a task as this was for us, Ted and his calm demeanor really helped to ease the stress and anxiety that come with such a large project. Not only did we have such a huge project, but we also moved out of state during the remodel process. Ted was there 100% of the way sending updates and photos, giving timely and informative responses to questions that arose, and provided his insight when we weren't sure what to do. His crew is also very friendly and worked really hard to make sure everything was perfect for us when it came time to move back in.”

We replaced HVAC, water heater, and moved fireplace fittings to set a new fireplace. Importantly, he provided a schedule for completion and finished all work on time?and we received a cleaned, brand new Denver home. Apple?s work was precise and the finished work was beautiful. We?ve only had a few ?call backs? for minor issues, and Ted has been immediately responsive and fixed the problems. We recommend Apple Remodeling highly!”
