Communication was an issue with the startup process as the worker was over booked. This was right after the winter storm, so understandable, but there was no courtesy when he was expected to be on site. Jeff and Mike were both available to me as needed and I discussed the concerns above for future references.”

“Still too early to tell, but based on the costs we are paying more than we used to pay for pool service using Petri and we are experiencing algae in the pool between services, which makes no sense. Petri did our pool remodel including equipment, so now that we are paying more I would expecting the pool to be at least similar to how our other company treated our pool”

“After a year and half of having my pool resurface the places starting cracking. Petripools said it was roots. I dug around were the cracks were and found no root. Also the weekly maintenance they performed was poor.”

They didn?t follow up with us, or send anyone out to take us through the process. I then questioned their level of service commitment. “Plastered my pool but it immediately begin to show dark stains. They came back out and acid washed it which made ti better but my "white" plaster still has noticeable dark patches all over it. I am tired of constantly trying to have this problem fixed so would not recommend them and will not use them in the future.”
