“We called Next Door Painting to do four things. They were going to paint a room. They were going to do some wood work, and paint all the window seals. Not only that, but they even were going to stain the front door. We had our floors redone and Next Door Painting was going to come in and repair the wood and paint. They came in on a Friday. We had moved in on Thursday and if was my fault scheduling them for Friday because the movers were still unpacking Friday morning. When Next Door Painting arrived, they did not want to work while the packers were still here. My husband saw them that morning and was not sure if they were going to do the work. We called Scott Finklestein. We thought that we should have gotten a recommendation from our insurance company for the front door and the door frames. The bedroom got repainted, and they did a great job. There was an area on the closet door in the bedroom that did not get painted. When the window seals got painted, they did not fill in the nail holes. It has been over 14 years, and it needed to be done. They did a terrible job. They went to stain the front door and said that I needed to put get on it. I went to Sherwin Williams and looked at it. I did approve the get. They put the gel on and went off to wait a couple of hours. They were supposed to wait 24 hours before putting more gel on. We called Scott, and we were to pay 300 dollars. It was a terrible job. Scott did come and we paid him $900. This was for the window seals and the bedroom. I was unhappy with the work on the door. I had a terrible experience. We used them in May and June, and they were fabulous. This experience was terrible.”
