Could have been better supervision of the painters, but overall pleased with the results.”

“My project manager never came by to see if I was happy with the color until he came to get the check. I didn't get the color change as I requested, it was the same color as before. I had some damage to the foundation on my front porch that I showed to the project manager. He didn't offer to help fix it. My deck looks old and like it needs a paint job now, more than it did before the paint job.”

“After replacing our entire gutter system, we will most likely not refer Nelson Exteriors to anyone. The initial experience was fine. The quote and expertise regarding the job were also satisfactory. The staff is friendly, polite and knowledgeable of the work they conduct. Following the signing of the contract, the scheduling was delayed. The work was completed over an extended period of time, even though we had agreed it needed to be performed all at once due to my HOA constraints. The workers removed our entire gutter system, and our home endured three heavy days of storms with no gutter system in place. The craftsmanship was acceptable, except for two areas that continue to leak. In July, I contacted the company to fix the two leaks; it is now November, and they are still not repaired.”
