“This is the 2nd time we used JW. Customer service is excellent, however part of the 2nd job was to repair work from the 1st job. Also, on the 2nd job, we had issues with the mortar work on the driveway resulting in additional time to correct and repair. Ultimately the final work was excellent. JW just needs to ensure that at the start of any job, that they have the right guys for the right needs - painting skills, mortar skills, lighting skills, etc. Not everyone is skilled at everything.”
