“The work they did on our first project was absolutely superb. The worker repaired our garage door frame and aligned/adjusted some sliding that needed attention. He also repaired/replaced woodwork under our kitchen area bump-out. This is about half the work we had asked to have done. We have interior work in bathrooms and a walk-in closet. However, even though we paid the full fee on the day we got the invoice, they have repeatedly not responded to voice mail and e-mail messages in which we tried to set up an additional appointment. I guess they don't want our business anymore.”
