“I was impressed with how nice the installers were and knowledgeable, they did come back in a very timely manner and fixed the problem we had. when they installed the gutters they didn't get bent correctly, which resulted in the snow melted it just dripped right in front of our doors”

“The salesman who estimated our project did not tke into consideration the deck we had on the back and so the first installers had to to come back and their job appeared shotty at best.”

“The installers did not adhere to the design but did fix one downspout. I'm sure the gutter the other downspouts will perform well but it does not look as good as it could have. We still do not have our eight (8) downspout splash blocks that were promised to us as part of our purchase, despite a promise by phone and email that we would have them within a week. That was almost a month ago and we do not have them. When he called, he said he had six (6) for us. I explained that we should receive eight (8); he said he saw that in the design and would TRY to get all eight (8) to us. No communication since then.”
