“I would like to recognize all the guys who worked on my job. Kenny and the other gentlemen (there were a couple of men with him) were really very professional. I felt that they were very personable, as well. I could hear them, and what really made an impression upon me was that, even though I didn't stay outside the whole time, I could hear them and they seemed to get along together. They had a lot of comradery, seemed to enjoy what they were doing, and were extremely knowledgeable. They answered all the questions I had. After a couple of weeks I began to notice the repair was settling. They very promptly scheduled me and came back and fixed it, so I have nothing but good things to say.”
