Dawson has installed piers on the entire perimeter of my house starting in 1996 with the last section completed in 2020. They never tried to pitch more work than was necessary to correct the active foundation issue.”

I've been waiting over 45 days for them to schedule the final step of a project which was started in Feb and it is now Sept 3”

“Only because I asked to have readings taken after the work was finished. I did not get that and phoned. I was told by a worker that it would be scheduled and it was not. How do I know the work performed was as promised? I don't. I was told that the slab could be brought into an acceptable standard. I do not know if the deviation of high vs low corners of the home were addressed. Just assuring that the doors close properly isn't a standard. The doors could have been hung with a deviation that could have been addressed by reframing them. I have no idea if my slab is has been leveled.”

Clean is very important when you have inside foundation work done. Warranty work was done on the house two years later for a porch area that was not previously repaired. The warranty area was at no cost. We did have they porch area repaired and paid for that. We have since sold the house and transferred the warranty to the new owners with ease. We will definitely use them on future houses.”
