“They came out to inspect our house and give us an estimate and a diagram of what needed to be done. We hired them based on the estimate and when the crew came to do the work, they worked and then left. I had someone else come out and look under the house and they found that none of the work I paid for had been done. The crew didn't have the correct information on the work so they had to come again and do all the work that wasn't done the first time. As work on my home continued we found that some of the work they were supposed to do never got done. They didn't do the job either time that they came out. They never completed the work that was promised. If I didn't have another contractor to come out and look at the work, I would have never known they didn't do what I paid for.”
