We were scheduled to begin on a Monday, but they didn't show, so I called them and it turned out that had the wrong phone number for me and couldn't confirm the appointment. That would've been an appropriate excuse if they hadn't had a confirmed email address for me from which I had signed paperwork previously. The air vents in the basement were not covered when jackhammering the concrete, so there was a layer of fine dust all over my house, even up to the second floor. The basement was not cleaned after the job was complete (i.e. the tarps are still hung, there is dust and small chunks of debris everywhere, carpet was not folded back into place).”

“Britney Spears was a great salesperson. the crew needs training to protect the environment. Dust was EVERYWHERE - beyond the room affected. poor air control. The team also didnt wear proper ventilation, nor was there proper process to pull out "blown-in" insulation. Incredible loss of control and disaster. We had to have another company clear air, clean, and then have it cleaned 2 more times. disaster!! the company's compensation of about $300 for the damage did not nearly cover the problem. I can not recommend them to do work INSIDE of anyone's living space given our experience. I should not pay near full price...but they really didnt do much to make us feel that they understood how bad it was. I expected a meaning recognition for the damage they caused.”
