“The quality of wood floor refinishing and installation of wood on steps to a landing in my home were outstanding. Two other reputable companies told me they couldn?t install the wood on the steps, but it was a non-issue to Emperial. Excellent and honest customer service too. Highly recommend.”

“Ricky is clearly the Pro from Dover, and Francisco and Carlos did very nice work. My only complaint is with how easily the urethane floor coating scratches. We finished the 50% / 50% red and white oak floor with a "Heritage Brown" finish and it is absolutely gorgeous, but the clear coat shows every tiny scratch. Scooting a lightly filled cardboard box across the floor leaves very noticeable scratches. The nylon tacks on the bottom of chair legs, designed to prevent scratching, leave bright scratches. It's very fragile, and frankly a disappointment.”
