“The quality of the work performed was excellent. The price charged for replacing a small residential breaker panel was outrageous. The air conditioner was inoperative due to the failure of the original panel. My son called asking for help to pay the he bill, which I assumed included not only the panel and breaker replacement, but some actual in-wall or ceiling romex replacement. The billing was based upon a series of absurd pull down quantities in the electrician?s laptop app used by the company. The job totaled over $5K to replace the small panel, including $450 to label the breakers. I have no idea how my panicked daughter-in-law chose this contractor. Based upon conversations I had with local Dallas electricians, the job should have cost well under half of what was charged to my credit card.”
