“My wife and I had wanted to build a patio cover on our back porch for many years. We must have looked at a 1000+ pictures on the web and pretty much knew what we wanted. I am an engineer and we are both pretty handy around the house; we wanted the patio cover done right! We talked to several architects and builders over the years and were not really comfortable with anyone until be met with project manager Joey H. of Allied Outdoor Solution. My wife and I with Allied did the standard legalese of the work and project description for the job and its associated cost. It also specified that AOD would obtain all of the necessary permits and dispose of the debris properly, and that the project is covered by their liability and workman's compensation insurance. One many things we appreciated most was after an initial down payment, the final payment was due only when the ?punch list? (the roundup of final project details) was completed to our satisfaction. But all of that written stuff is nothing compared to the excellent quality of the workers craftsmanship with the attention to detail of the actual construction of our patio cover. Our patio covers looks like it was part of the house just better. AOD used our exact specified paint, hardy board, original house bricks, duplicated the patio pebble concrete floor and roofing material. We almost always knew what was happening and when and if we had questions with the construction project manager David S. was available by phone which gave a very warm feeling. My wife and can very enthusiastically recommend Allied Outdoor Solution because we have seen first hands their efforts and artisanship in our patio cover.”
