“I hired them to clean my house and the house had just had renovations and was 99% empty. They did not have to move furniture or anything. I told Regina that the workshop had to be cleaned properly and if they needed more time to let me know because they had allotted 4-4.5 hours to clean. They left after 4 to 4.5 hours and it was not cleaned properly toward the back. It was a week or two later that I went over there. I called them about it and said that I spoke with Regina about this up front and I needed them to go back over there and finish and I would pay them for another hour, and they would not. I would not refer them to anyone.”
