“Oh, as always - the Exceptional folks are fantastic! We're a busy house with two little kids, and two extra large dogs. Our carpets and couches take a beating. Twice a year, we have the Exceptional team out for a deep cleaning of all carpets and upholstery. They've cleaned red gatorade and pasta sauce from light-colored pile carpet, removed dog urine stains from Berber, and generally decontaminated our sectional. Plus, they take care of the furniture, walls, and other things that get moved in the process. We always have the same team in the house year after year, and the guys are friendly and very respectful. Chris is very responsive, and we can generally get scheduled within a week of requesting an appointment. I won't use another carpet contractor anymore. Chris and his team are our favorites!”
