There was a problem on the installation of an air conditioning unit which was supposed to be done in a day but it took approximately two weeks and three weeks to get it finally settled, straightened out. So that's about the situation. Other than that, I'm still using them. I've got no problem otherwise. They do their job, they've always done their job. They had one problem with me which they took care of and they gave me a lot of compensation for it. I'd give them a B. Other than that one problem, they'd get an A. I always recommend them. They do a good job. There was a problem which was a problem and they straightened it out, it took a long time but it was straightened out. One mistake out of twenty years isn't bad.”

They're sufficient. A pipe burst inside the wall. I would give them a B overall. When they did the pipes, they cut the wall and they just left everything there. They said, 'That's your responsibility.' It's a contract. They have a contract to do certain things and they say, 'All of this sheetrock is your responsibility. All of this is yours.' They had a contract for appliances, stuff like that. They cut the wall open. They got to the pipes, and they just left everything there and said it was my responsibility. They were very experienced.”
“There are some things that are pretty negative and some things that are positive. I think that most of the people that came by were honest and hard working. They actually installed two air conditioners, one after the other. Both of them had problems and they had tons of visits before they could finally fix them. I think I've been using them for a couple of years. One of the neighbors recommended them. For my overall experience, I'd give them a C. Again, one or two of the people that came by were really very good, and I hate to paint the whole group of people negatively. I don't even think it was the individuals. Honestly, I think they just couldn't figure out what was going on, and it probably wasn't their fault. It was probably more of the manufacturer's equipment, but it was pretty frustrating. Fortunately, it seems to be working well now.”
