“Some of the technicians are awesome; they come in, do what is required, act like they are trying to save us some money, and advise certain things, but they don't go overboard. Other technicians will come in and say we need to redo everything. The other people never do that; they come in, fix what we ask. They don't leave here recommending $5000.00 worth of work for something we ask them to do. I don't feel like Milestone has my best interest at heart. I would use Milestone all the time if I knew the two particular technicians would be the ones coming out, but the other guys I wouldn't; it's too much anxiety, and I feel like they are overboard on a lot of stuff. The cross-selling, the ridiculous $5-6000.00 quotes on $120.00 job, leaves me feeling worse than when they came.”
