I also got a phone call stating the same Great Over 90 minutes later another text stating he was still at the previous stop (we?re at 3:50 pm now for my 10 am - 2 pm window) Called customer service who contacted dispatch who said they would get in touch with the tech Around 5 pm the tech called stating he could be at our home at about 7:30-8:00 After initially agreeing I again called customer service to cancel/ reschedule figuring there even if he were to arrive at 7:30 it would be at least 2 hours till he was done, probably tired, hungry and maybe prone to error My new window is scheduled for next week”
